At Mart of Gadget, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
• Verification via call or WhatsApp may be required before dispatch
• Orders are dispatched after confirmation

2. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas may take longer depending on courier service

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Product size/weight
• Free delivery may be offered on selected products or promotions

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
  • Tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp
• You can track your parcel through the courier service

5. Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If customer is unavailable, order may be cancelled automatically

6. Incorrect Address / Contact Details

• Customers must provide accurate:
  • Address
  • Phone number

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Order Verification & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to:
  • Verify orders before shipping
  • Cancel any suspicious or unconfirmed orders

📌 Orders can only be cancelled before “Ready to Ship” status

8. Damaged / Missing Items (Important)

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

• Report within 2 days of delivery
• Provide:
  • Order number
  • Complete unboxing video proof

Without proof, claims may not be accepted.

9. Return Pickup Process

• After approval:
  • Courier will pick up product within 5–7 working days
• If pickup not available:
  • Customer must self-ship via courier
  • Shipping cost may be reimbursed (if approved)

10. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all over Pakistan.
