Refund Policy – Mart of Gadget (MOG)

At Mart of Gadget (“MOG”), customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and replacement terms below.

1. Refund Options

Store Voucher (Preferred Option)

• Approved refunds are issued as a store voucher equal to the refundable amount.
• Voucher can be used on any future purchase at Mart of Gadget.
• Validity: 6 months from the date of issue.

Cash Refund (On Request)

• If you request a direct cash refund, a 30% deduction will be applied to the approved refundable amount.
• Refund is processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
• Processing time may vary depending on payment method and verification.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Refund/return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is defective or not working
• Product is damaged on arrival (mandatory unboxing video required)
• Order is incomplete (missing items)

3. Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

To process any claim, you must provide:

• Order number
• Complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product check)

Claims without proper unboxing proof may be rejected.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds/replacements will NOT be accepted if:

• Product has been used, opened, or tampered
• Original packaging, box, or accessories are missing
• Request is made after 7 days of delivery
• Issue is due to change of mind
• Minor differences (color, size perception, expectations vs reality)

5. Return & Inspection Process

1. Submit your request via WhatsApp or Email with proof
2. Our team will review and guide you
3. Product may be required to be returned
4. After inspection:
   • ✅ Approved → Voucher OR cash refund (with deduction)
   • ❌ Rejected → Product returned back to customer
